Mission & Vision
LEAP X Impact’s mission is to serve social entrepreneurs and non-profit institutions to solve the structural challenges that hold back sustainable impact. We bring rigor to the corporate and NGO sectors beyond surface-level fixes to address the root causes derailing sustainable development.
Our vision is to equip leaders in building social systems that don’t yet exist wth the clarity, capability and conviction to catalyze lasting change in the communities and systems they serve.
Sectors served are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals including livelihoods, education, healthcare, climate change and governance wiith a focus on systems-level change.
Background & Experience
Aswini Ramkumar is a systems-change practitioner with 15+ years experience driving sustainable impact across Asia and Africa – partnering with governments, multilaterals and social entrepreneurs to solve the structural and systemic challenges that hold community development back.
Her experience spans systems design, social impact and innovation driving large-scale projects in collaboration with government, CSOs, private companies and multilateral development organizations including the EU, USAID and UKAID including her work with VSO International.
Aswini is a Clinton Foundation Giustra Enterprise Partnership Global Fellow. Prior to the social impact sector, she worked in the United States with AT&T’s Leadership Program and Citi’s Management Program.

Education & Training
Aswini has an MBA from Cornell University and BBA from University of Notre Dame. She is also alumnus of Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, Stanford University’s Design School and IIT Madras’ School of Sustainability, with further training from IDEOU, Google Startup India, UN Innovation Network and Acumen HCD.
